Mountain ranges bloom from the feathers of this humble but beautiful pigeon! I often find that pigeons are a bit underrated and I believe them to be rather stunning with their iridescent feathers contrasted again stony grey. This painting was finished off with a loose yet deeply saturated watercolour sunset background.
