Final sketch of my fruit bat botanical painting
I used gouache for the moon and border. Beginning to think about filling in this piece with a dark gouache background to really make all these details pop. I surrounded the fruit bat with things they would be likely to eat in the wild. Nestled in a fig tree with peach coloured moths flying by.
